Here at Paradigm Training Group (PTG), in our snazzy new office located (conveniently) in the Coomera Boatworks, we have recently received some extremely celebrate-able news 🤩

The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) has recognised US as…

“Leaders in the Maritime Training Industry”.

This is a proud day for us, and all our past and current students. We invite you have a gander at AMSA’s article and celebrate our success as a educational community.

We have been striving for years to make a difference in the Vocational Training and Education (VET) sectors. Finally, by our own measures, we have been successful in doing so.

Our search for new innovation and the flexibility for our students (when and where they study) has opened up a whole new world of possible educational delivery systems. We have recently developed an online AMSA-mandated practical assessment. This allows our trainers to observe and record student assessment on an electronic device (e.g. smart phone, tablet or laptop) as it happens. We have been working with a Gold Coast IT organisation to develop a camera system that will allow trainers to record student assessment for evidence of unit competency.

With new technologies, educational mediums and amazing partners, we are able to bring new training programs to the industry that are fun, rewarding and of course, challenging. In 2020 we will be pushing the barriers of traditional learning methods even further. We look forward to sharing these methods with all our clients and partners.
