It is the year 2020 and Paradigm Training Group (PTG) has some thrilling news to share!

In 2010, Paradigm Training Group seemed like an almost unachievable dream. With the much appreciated support of our Students, Partnered Companies, Staff and Friends, Paradigm Training Group blossomed into a successful business and maritime educational facility.

Paradigm Training Group officially became a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in 2014. Since then we have witnessed (and assisted in) creating an incredible amount of change in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.

We are delighted to announce:

Paradigm Training Group was re-registered this February for another seven (7) years!

Re-registration is the most critical risk an RTO can face. It is a rigorous process whereby an RTO must demonstrate compliance with the VET Quality Framework.

In recent years, Paradigm Training Group has undergone three (3) audits, all of which have proven us to be compliant. During the audit process, our education delivery systems were put under the microscope and evaluated thoroughly.

For example, auditors sought compliance evidence via the following avenues:

• Student experience through assessment outcomes and interview,
• Evaluation of facilities, equipment and learning materials, and
• Trainer/ assessor interviews.

We encourage you to view the successful results of the finalised audit reports.

The re-registration of Paradigm Training Group is huge for us, as this not only means the continuation of a dream to change the face of learning but also to ensure a future of expertly trained professionals out there in the workplace.
